These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Unity Packers And Movers. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Service Agreement

All bookings must be made in advance with accurate details provided.
The scope of service includes packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking as per the service selected.
Any additional services (e.g., dismantling furniture, storage, etc.) may incur extra charges.

2. Quotations and Payments

All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may vary depending on actual goods, distance, and labor involved.
Full or partial payment must be made as agreed prior to the commencement of the move.
We accept payments through cash, UPI, bank transfers, or other approved methods.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure all items are ready for packing and moving at the scheduled time.
All fragile, valuable, or personal items (jewelry, documents, cash) must be self-handled.
Any prohibited or hazardous items must not be included in the consignment.

4. Liability and Insurance

Unity Packers And Movers will take utmost care in handling your belongings.
We are not liable for any damages caused by unavoidable events (e.g., accidents, natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
Customers are advised to arrange insurance coverage for high-value items.

5. Delays and Rescheduling

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellations.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before the move are eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made on the same day of the move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Damage Claims

Any claims for loss or damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

8. Website Use

All content on our website is for general information. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is prohibited.

9. Amendments

Unity Packers And Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them regularly.
